Learner photographs

Photographs may be taken during school activities, events and educational experiences for school communication, the website and approved social-media use. The school relies on the consent provided by a learner’s parent or legal guardian.

We avoid publishing unnecessary personal details alongside learner photographs. A photograph appearing on the website does not mean that it may be copied, reused or republished by another person.

Requesting removal

A parent or legal guardian may ask the school to review or remove an identifiable photograph of their child. Please identify the photograph or webpage concerned so that we can respond efficiently.

Information submitted to the school

Information received through applications, enquiries and school administration is used for the relevant educational or administrative purpose. It should only be accessed by authorised persons and retained in line with the school’s operational and legal responsibilities.
